How much do your services cost?
Every engagement is priced according to your scope, headcount and timeline, so we do not use a fixed rate card.
Recruitment is charged as a percentage of the placed candidate's annual salary, agreed in writing before any work begins. HR outsourcing and payroll services are billed monthly. Training, advisory and consultancy assignments are quoted per programme or project, and can be arranged as one-off engagements or annual programmes.

How long does it take to fill a role?
Timelines depend on the seniority of the role, how scarce the required skills are in the market, and the availability of your interview panel. Expatriate appointments also depend on permit processing times.

Will our search be kept confidential?
Yes. Many of the searches we conduct are confidential, for example when an organisation is replacing a serving executive or entering a new market. We can run your search without disclosing your organisation's name until candidates have been shortlisted, and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

Yes. For regulated sectors, we screen candidates against the relevant regulator's fit-and-proper requirements and support you in preparing the documentation needed for approval of senior appointments.

Yes. We support the full process, from sourcing suitable expatriate candidates to expatriate quota, work permits, residence documentation and understudy planning.

HR outsourcing typically covers payroll administration, statutory compliance and remittances, HR administration and records, HR policies and contracts, recruitment support and employee relations. We tailor the scope to your organisation, so you pay only for what you need.

Can you check whether we comply with Nigerian labour and statutory requirements?
Yes. Our HR compliance review examines your employment contracts, policies and statutory obligations, including pension (PENCOM), NSITF, ITF and tax remittances, and shows you clearly where your organisation may be exposed and how to correct it.

Do you work outside Lagos?
Yes, we serve clients across Nigeria. Any travel costs for assignments outside Lagos and Ogun States are included in your proposal.
