1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for services provided by Anthrop Management Limited, including training programs, events, consultancy services, recruitment engagements, and product-related orders.

By engaging our services or making payment, you agree to this policy.

2. Training Programs & Workshops

2.1 Participant Cancellation

If a participant cancels registration:

• 14 days or more before the program: Full refund minus administrative charges (if applicable).
• 7–13 days before the program: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the program: No refund.

Participants may request to:

• Transfer registration to another individual, or
• Reschedule to a future session (subject to availability).

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

2.2 Company Cancellation or Rescheduling

Anthrop Management Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training program due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Facilitator unavailability
• Force majeure events
• Operational reasons beyond our control

In such cases, participants may choose:

• Full refund, or
• Transfer to a rescheduled or alternative program.

We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or related personal expenses.

3. Corporate Training & Consultancy Services

For corporate engagements:

• Cancellation terms are governed by the signed service agreement.
• Deposits paid to secure booking are generally non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled service may attract cancellation fees.
• Where work has commenced, fees for completed milestones remain payable.

Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to mutual agreement.

4. Recruitment Services

For recruitment engagements:

• Fees are governed by contractual agreements.
• Where a retainer or engagement fee is paid, it may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Replacement guarantees (if applicable) are subject to agreed terms in the recruitment contract.

Anthrop Management Limited does not issue refunds for recruitment outcomes once services have been rendered in line with the agreed scope.

5. Events & Conferences

For paid events:

• Cancellation terms will be stated in the event registration details.
• Refund timelines generally mirror the training policy unless otherwise specified.
• No refunds for no-shows.

Event tickets may be transferable upon written request and approval.

6. Vocational Training Programs

For vocational programs:

• Registration fees may be partially refundable if cancellation occurs before program commencement.
• Once training has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable.
• Materials already issued are non-returnable.

7. Anthrop Apparel & Accessories

For apparel and customized products:

• Customized or branded items are non-refundable once production begins.
• Returns for non-customized items must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will:

• Be processed using the original payment method where possible.
• Be completed within 14–21 business days.
• Exclude administrative or transaction charges where applicable.

9. Force Majeure

Anthrop Management Limited shall not be liable for failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Civil unrest
• Public health emergencies
• Technical disruptions

In such cases, rescheduling options will be provided where feasible.

10. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
